Compliance & Task Alert Notifications
Critical Data Group, LLC sends automated SMS alerts to authorized staff of client organizations regarding compliance checks, escalations, and assigned tasks. Participation is entirely voluntary.
How to Opt In
Staff, home managers, and directors of client organizations are informed about this program during onboarding and within the Critical Data Group platform. To enroll, send the keyword below to our dedicated number:

Opting in is voluntary and is not a condition of employment or of using the CDG platform. Staff who do not opt in continue to receive the same information through in-app notifications and voice alerts.

Required consumer verification check due or overdue
Escalation notice for an overdue compliance check
Assigned task due and requiring attention
Who receives messages: Authorized employees and staff of organizations that license Critical Data Group software. No messages are sent to the general public.
Confirmation Message
Immediately after texting JOIN, you will receive a one-time confirmation. No alerts are sent until this confirmation is delivered:

Message frequency varies based on your organization's activity and assigned tasks. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
How to Stop or Get Help
STOP
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive no further messages. Reply START to re-enroll.
HELP
Reply HELP for program information and a support contact. You can also email us directly at any time.
Privacy & Data Use
No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent data are shared only with our SMS service provider (Twilio) strictly to deliver these messages, and with no other third parties.
Your number is used solely to send the operational alerts described above. It is never used for marketing.
