See VRFY in Action
This is an interactive sample of the VRFY Provider Operations Dashboard from Critical Data Group. It shows what supervisors and administrators see when services are captured and verified at the point of service: who was seen, when and where, whether it was signed on site, and whether required activities are being completed on time.
All data is illustrative. Counties, staff, and youth are de-identified, and this is not an active Pennsylvania deployment.
How to explore
- Use the tabs across the top of the dashboard to move between views.
- Click a county (County A–D) to filter the whole dashboard. Click All Counties to reset.
- On the Overview tab, click any Needs Attention item to jump to the detail behind it.
- Prefer a bigger view? Use the full screen link below the dashboard.
What to look for
- Verification: GPS-stamped, electronically signed contacts, a step-by-step trail for a single session, and automatic flags when a signature is captured 2+ miles from where the service was expected.
- Compliance & Due Dates: required activities that are due or overdue, and the corrective actions taken to close the loop.
- Residential Checks: overnight safety rounds by unit and time of night, showing exactly where rounds slip.
- Staff Performance: missed-session rates against a 20% target, session volume, and a scorecard for each staff member.
- Quality Trends: six months of change since go-live and which recurring issues are shrinking, the kind of view that supports CQI and implementation fidelity.
